Description

Borage is a plant native to the Middle East, now common throughout Europe, whose flowers display a very beautiful deep blue colour.

Borage oil is a precious oil extracted from the seeds of the flower by first cold pressing.

It is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an Omega 6 described as “essential” because it is not produced by the body and can only be supplied through diet.

It is also enriched with natural vitamin E to help protect cells from oxidative damage, which is notably responsible for their ageing.
