Description

Modern diets often lead individuals to acidosis, which can have numerous negative effects on the skin, urinary system, and blood.

To regulate internal pH, the body uses several strategies :

  • Buffer systems : the body releases available alkaline ions to counteract acidity (both intracellular and extracellular: blood, bones, etc.).
  • Respiration : by adjusting the depth and rate of breathing, the body can influence acidity or alkalinity.
  • Renal elimination : through urine, the kidneys help maintain a normal acid-base balance.

Basonorm® has been reformulated for improved effectiveness. This dietary supplement now contains dolomite, linden bark, horsetail, magnesium and potassium citrate, zinc bisglycinate, and vitamins B5, B2, and B1.

To maximize mineral absorption, zinc oxide has been replaced with zinc bisglycinate, which has better bioavailability. Zinc is recommended in cases of acidosis because it supports a normal acid-base metabolism.

Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance, thereby contributing to pH regulation.

Linden bark promotes renal water elimination and helps detoxify the body.

Horsetail enhances the action of linden bark by supporting renal and water elimination.
